Cover on an Annual Multi Trip policy begins on the date that you select as the policy start date and NOT the purchase date as with a single trip policy. We advise you to start the policy as soon as possible in order to have immediate cover.

Single trip policies cover you for a specified holiday / trip subject to the maximum trip duration listed below:
Gold & Silver Single trip policies:

122 days – If you are aged up to an including 73 years at the time of purchasing your insurance or
38 days – If you are aged 74-79 years at the time of purchasing your insurance.

Platinum Single trip policies:

270 days – If you are aged up to an including 73 years at the time of purchasing your insurance or
38 days – If you are aged 74-79 years at the time of purchasing your insurance.

Annual Multi trip policies cover you for any number of trips you take during a 12 month period subject to the maximum trip duration listed below:
Europe:

Aged up to and including 74 years at the time of purchasing the insurance – 45 days per trip

Worldwide:

Aged up to and including age 69 at the time of purchasing the insurance – 45 days per trip.
Aged 70-74 at the time of purchasing the insurance – 31 days per trip.

Backpacker / Long stay policies: are designed to insure people who want to take an extended trip (between 4-12 months), ideal for those on a gap year, please note:

Maximum Trip Duration is 365 days
Maximum Age at the time of purchasing insurance 39 years of age

Winter Sports Single policies: cover you for a specified Winter Sports Trip subject to the maximum trip duration listed below:

270 days – If you are aged up to an including 73 years at the time of purchasing your insurance or
38 days – If you are aged 74-79 years at the time of purchasing your insurance.

Important: All trips must start and end in the United Kingdom

Business / Laptop Cover:

Business Equipment / Laptop Cover up to £2,000
- Single Item limit £500
- Emergency Courier expenses up to £250
Business Equipment Delay - £150 per day up to £600
Business Equipment Hire - £150 per day up to £600
Business Money - £250
Replacement Employee - £3,000

Golf Cover:

Golf Equipment up to £1,500
- Single Item limit £300
Golf Equipment Hire £25 per day up to £200
Non Refundable Golfing £75 per day up to £300

Winter Sports include cover for:

Guided cross-country skiing (Nordic Skiing),mono skiing, off-piste skiing or snowboarding (in areas designated safe by resort management), recreational racing, skiing, snowboarding and snow sledging.

The following are not included in the definition, but not limited to:
Freestyle skiing, heli-skiing, ice hockey, luging, off-piste skiing or snowboarding in areas designated as unsafe by the resort management, off piste skiing or snowboarding where there is an avalanche warning in place, parapenting, ski acrobatics and stunting, ski bob racing, ski-doing, ski flying, ski jumping, ski racing or training, the use of skeletons or bobsleighs, snow mobiling, tobogganing.
